Credit check

Dunning procedure
If one of your clients does not pay within the payment period, JMP TREUHAND & INKASSO deals with the dunning procedure that is tailored to your requirements.

Preliminary steps before collection
JMP TREUHAND & INKASSO is interested in keeping the administrative costs as low as possible. That is why we work solutions out together with the debtor, e.g. instalment arrangements to give the debtor the chance to meet his/her payment obligations. That way costly office and court costs can be saved.

Collection
Should the preliminary steps before collection not be successful or should it contain disadvantages for you, we will initiate the following remedies:

Solvency checking
Dept collection demand regarding distraint and bankruptcy; realisation of securities or real securities
Continuing debt collection
Overruling a debtor’s objection to accept a debt collection demand by taking legal action
Representing the client in proceedings regarding bankruptcy and inheritance

Control and loss statement collection
JMP TREUHAND & INKASSO is checking permanently the debtor’s financial circumstances and place of domicile. If the debtor is only temporarily in financial difficulties or if his credit standing improves, then JMP TREUHAND & INKASSO will take the necessary steps.

Consultancy and information
JMP TREUHAND & INKASSO is at all times at your disposal as legal consultant. We provide information for current cases free of charge. You will receive a quarterly summary on the status of all cases that you have consigned to us..
