About us

JMP GROUP was established in Zurich in the year 1994 as separate companies providing different kinds of services. Continuous development and success lead to the conversion into a joint-stock company, JMP GROUP Ltd., in the year 1996. This and the planned expansion of the group’s activities beyond its national boundary were the reasons why JMP GROUP Ltd. was restructured as a holding company in the year 2000. Located in Pfäffikon (SZ), it changed its name to JMP GROUP Holding Ltd. In 2001, the newly established Frankfurt-based JMP GROUP Ltd. came into operation.
In 2005 the different areas managed by brands of service became independent companies, so JMP PROFESSUS AG, JMP QUÄSTOR AG, JMP TREUHAND & INKASSO AG. In 2005 the JMP GROUP Holding AG, has renamed in JMP GROUP AG. Also in 2005, was the foundation from the subsidiary company JMP SWISS FAMILY OFFICE AG by the JMP GROUP AG. In 2007 the JMP GROUP AG has sold the subsidiary companies JMP QUÄSTOR AG and JMP SWISS FAMILY OFFICE AG to thirds. There are now left the subsidiary companies JMP PROFESSUS AG and JMP TREUHAND & INKASSO AG. The JMP GROUP AG with her subsidiary companies can still profit from the close cooperation with the former subsidiary companies.

JMP GROUP offers a wide range of services covering the following areas:

• Personnel and management consulting
• Fiduciary services (accounting, establishment of companies and company administration, tax and commercial consultancy and audits),
• Collection and financial information services

JMP GROUP is based in Pfäffikon (SZ), Zurich and Baar (ZG).
